Your enquiry information
The general contact form prepares a WhatsApp message locally on your device and does not send its fields to the website server. Opening WhatsApp and sending the message shares information with the selected WhatsApp channel, subject also to the provider's policies. The business quotation form is different: it sends information to the website server as described below.
Measurement
The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags, including Google Ads and Google Analytics 4. Events measure page visits, intent to call or open WhatsApp, and successful business enquiry submission. The event code does not include your name, phone number, email or enquiry text in its event data. Measurement services may process technical information such as pages, traffic sources, devices and cookie identifiers according to their settings and provider policies.

Contact ARKAN Development on 0596270060 about information you have shared through the contact channel. Hosting providers may process connection logs needed to operate the website.
Business quotation requests & traffic-source information
Submitting the business form stores contact information and project scope on the website server for enquiry review and follow-up. Form fields, phone numbers and email addresses are not included in the custom analytics events. The administrator retains requests for follow-up and reviews access or deletion enquiries through the published contact channel. The form's consent concerns processing and responding to the enquiry.
Advertising identifiers and UTM parameters may be kept in the browser session for 30 minutes and attached to a quotation request to identify its source. A temporary network-address fingerprint helps limit misuse; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry database. The hosting provider maintains its own logs under its policies.
To enquire about or request deletion of enquiry data, use the published contact channel and include the enquiry reference. Do not provide sensitive information or third-party data without permission to share it.
Submission reference storage
A short technical reference and request fingerprint are stored in the browser session for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate submission and measurement after reloading. The form fields themselves are not stored in that record. A short service-page reference may also be added to WhatsApp messages to help identify the enquiry source.
